Personal Training

Our 1:1 personal training sessions are designed for individuals looking to build full-body strength, enhance core stability, improve athletic performance, and move with greater confidence in their daily lives. Led by experienced trainers with a deep understanding of biomechanics, these sessions prioritize smart, progressive strength programming with attention to form, alignment, and breath.

Each program is customized to your goals — whether you're aiming to build lean muscle, improve posture, enhance mobility, return to sport, or simply feel stronger and more energized in your body. Sessions may incorporate traditional strength training, functional movement, bodyweight conditioning, Pilates-inspired core work, and mobility exercises for a well-rounded and sustainable approach.

This offering is ideal for individuals who are pain-free, medically cleared for exercise, and looking to improve performance, strength, and long-term physical resilience.

How It Differs From Physical Therapy at Align

While both services are personalized and movement-focused, physical therapy is a clinical rehabilitation service performed by licensed physical therapists. Sessions include assessment, hands-on treatment, neuromuscular re-education, and targeted exercise progressions designed to resolve pain, address movement dysfunctions, and support optimal healing and performance.

Personal training builds fitness and performance capacity in healthy bodies, while PT restores optimal function in patients recovering from injury or dealing with pain or biomechanical limitations.
