Our Rates
We are out of network, meaning that we do not do any direct billing to insurance or to Medicare. We are able to provide superbills for physical therapy and chiropractic services to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement, per your plan. Pricing is below. Package offerings are available.

This 1:1 Pilates session with Tracy is intended for someone who is not dealing with an active injury, but prefers a personalized approach to training. Think personal training, but for Pilates. Your instructor will take you through a challenging yet approachable session that consists of core and mobility work that will help your strength and flexibility.
