Dr. Amanda Star
Amanda is the clinic director and owner of Align. As a chiropractor who completed her degree in Toronto, Canada, she has extensive education in anatomy and biomechanics.
Amanda is not your 'typical chiropractor' -- though she is extremely proficient at adjustments, she believes they are a tool to be used as an adjunct to treatment, and only when medically necessary. Her primary focus is on restoring optimal movement patterns through manual therapy, Redcord therapy, and Pilates based exercise.
Amanda loves diagnostics and problem solving, and will dig deep until she finds and treats the root cause of the issue. She has certifications and coursework through STOTT Pilates at the Corporate Training Center in Toronto, Pacific Northwest Pilates under Melanie Byford-Young, and has completed Neurac Levels I-II.

Tommy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. Before becoming a physical therapist, Tommy alternated between his two passions: athletics and art. As a physical therapist, Tommy combines his creative and athletic expertise. As a former coach of both juniors and adults, Tommy is meticulous about technique and form while maintaining a light and lively environment.

Jessica is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor with a background in athletics, rehabilitation, and prenatal fitness.
